My notes

Reality distortion field: making people believe the impossible is possible
Focus means saying no to a thousand good ideas
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication
End-to-end integration: hardware and software together, controlling the whole experience
Care for details even where nobody looks (the inside of the Mac)
The right products come from the intersection of technology and the humanities
Being fired from Apple was the best thing that happened: NeXT and Pixar
Hire only A players, they attract other A players
The dark side: rudeness, control and trouble dealing with people
People don't know what they want until you show it to them
Think different: "the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do"
