V Arena
The website of a V Rising community server: build creator, command generator, raids and regional leaderboards.

The problem
V Rising has sold more than 3.9 million copies since its early access launch in 2022 (source). On V Arena, a practice server for the game, players typed long in-game commands by hand to set up their gear and shared builds as screenshots in Discord. The community had grown to thousands of members with nowhere to find builds, events or rankings.
What I built
I started the project in April 2025 and am its main developer, working with the server's owner and two other contributors.
- Builds creator. Drag weapons, legendaries, jewels and blood types into a build, save it, search the community's builds and export one as an image.
- Command generator. Pick the gear and get the exact command to paste into the game.
- Community. Raids, tier list, events and leaderboards ranked by region (EU, NA, BR, OCE, SEA).
- Steam sign-in. Accounts link to Steam, with profiles and an admin panel for moderation.
Stack: Next.js, MySQL with Prisma, Better Auth with Steam OpenID, XState and dnd-kit.
Result
The site is live and serves a community of more than 7,000 members, the figure V Arena shows on its own site.
